Take your child's summer camp experience to the Nex Level. Our Rookie Sports Camp (RSC) focuses on promoting an active lifestyle, and teaching the core concepts that are common in sports! Our Rookie camp will be offering a wide variety of new sports and activities that will continuously change each week! The NLA Rookie camp staff includes certified coaches, child care experts, and sports medical personnel. We provide full day/half day camp packages with early morning drop off and late pick up options.

7:30-9am Early Morning Camp Drop Off
9-9:30am Rookie Warm Up’s (Active Stretching, footwork Drills, & General Fitness Drills)
9:30-11:00am Featured sport drills
11-11:30am snack break 1
11:30-1:00pm Featured sport instructional mini games
12:30-1:30pm Rookie Lunch
1:30-2:30pm Structured open time
2:30-3pm snack break 1
3:30-4:30pm Featured Activity
4:30-5:00pm Rookie Breakdown (Daily Take away/ props / Motivation)
5:00-6:00pm Rookie Camp Late Pick up
